Our Journey

It all started with two friends, Mike and Vlado, who arrived in the U.S. from Eastern Europe with big dreams and a strong work ethic. Settling in Chicago, they were drawn to the trucking industry — its demand for grit, precision, and commitment.

They launched ExcellenceWay in 2019 — since then they are building a name and numbers.

From fresh produce to retail goods, we’ve hauled it all—with zero compromises on safety, communication, or speed.

While much of the industry faces tightening margins and rising fuel costs, ExcellenceWay LLC continues to grow by embracing automation, investing in smart logistics software, and staying true to our values: family, responsibility, and hustle.
